We’ve often highlighted on this blog the many environmental threats to health. One that is of increasing concern is the ongoing rollout of 5G (fifth-generation) wireless, the latest iteration of cellular technology.
Introduced in 2019, 5G has been widely praised and welcomed for its greater speed, increased capacity, and lower latency. 5G is transforming the world, but there are significant costs to human and animal health, costs that are downplayed or suppressed altogether by government and industry.
One of the leading critics of the 5G rollout is Dr. Martin L. Pall, Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences at Washington State University. Pall is a specialist in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, and the effects of low-intensity microwave frequency electromagnetic fields (MWV-EMF) on the human body. A few years ago he emphatically declared at a conference sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) that the expansion of 5G is “absolutely insane.”
In his presentation at that conference, Dr. Pall confirmed that current 2G/3G/4G radiation already has been scientifically linked with:
- ● Lowered fertility
- ● Insomnia, fatigue, depression, anxiety, and major changes in brain structure in animals
- ● Cellular DNA damage
- ● Oxidative stress
- ● Hormonal disruption
- ● Cancer
And a growing history of research is being conducted on the effects of cellular/wireless technologies, including those listed by Pall. Pall’s groundbreaking research explains how EMFs cause premature aging and damage to fertility, the brain, the heart, and to DNA. He pioneered research that showed how EMFs activate the body’s VGCCs (voltage-gated calcium channels) which causes them to release excess calcium ions into the cell. This leads to nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide which react nearly instantaneously to form peroxynitrite and cell-damaging free radicals.
What are Free Radicals?
Free radicals are produced both by the body’s natural metabolic processes and harmful substances in the environment. They are atoms that have one or more electrons that are not paired. Electrons, however, must be paired to be stable, thus free radicals are constantly seeking to bind with another atom or molecule to become stable. During this process, free radicals often cause damage to cells, which leads to premature aging, cancer, and other diseases. (Here is a well-sourced article that explains the above processes.)
As noted in the list above, free radicals also cause oxidative stress, named so because the chemical reactions that allow free radicals to acquire an electron occur in the presence of oxygen. And here you see why it is so important to be sure your diet is rich in antioxidants.
Not All Antioxidants are the Same
When it comes to fighting infections and/or free radicals, each cell in the body has its own internal defense system, or immunity – where the primary antioxidant (AOX I) superoxide dismutase (SOD) plays a major role. SOD is an antioxidant enzyme produced in our bodies to neutralize a specific oxygen-derived free radical called superoxide. If SOD levels are kept adequate through optimal nutrition, exercise, and avoidance of known toxins (junk foods, heavy alcohol, smoking, environmental, etc.), cells are likely to remain much younger for much longer.
Many supplements and foods like berries and spices (turmeric, for example) are touted as powerful antioxidants. However, these are considered only “secondary antioxidants (AOXII)” because they play only a buffer role, offering a limited form of protection as these separate molecules are often not assimilated/utilized by the cells and are quickly eliminated from the body. The reason for this “secondary” status is that the antioxidants in these foods/spices and/or separate supplements rarely come along with all the cofactors required for their activation in the body.
BioSuperfood Contains 5,000 Nutrients and all Cofactors to Produce Primary Antioxidants
The pure, complete, balanced, and synergistic micronutrients within BioSuperfood “awaken the genius within.” They cross all blood brain barriers to efficiently reach and nourish the cells of the hypothalamus, a small part of the brain responsible for homeostasis that influences all glands, organs, and ultimately, each cell of the body – increasing vitality and synthesis of cellular SOD (superoxide dismutase) for greater immunity throughout.
With each capsule of BioSuperfood, the cells of the body under the control of the hypothalamus become more active and hence produce more of their own SOD antioxidants to fight free radicals. As soon as antigens are present in the body, immunity is alarmed, letting each cell know that it is under attack by free radicals. Immediately the cells under attack begin to fabricate SOD primary antioxidants (AOX I) which are the most powerful. These AOX I antioxidants produced by the body are much more powerful than secondary antioxidants (AOX II) obtained from separate/isolate supplements and foods.
The numerous antioxidants contained in BioSuperfood are among more than 5,000 micronutrients in each capsule, along with the nutrient cofactors required for their activation in the body. For this reason, these AOX I antioxidants are “primary” and “active,” with high catalytic properties that eliminate millions of free radicals, helping your body more than any other supplement or superfood against 5G radiation and other environmental toxins.
